BTW, if you do try to start and are not sure of governor, be sure to have a steel plate to shut off all air to engine to shut down. Have heard 3 cat engines overspeed with kids on dyno. It takes only 3 to 4 seconds, then the engine is toast. wg Note: 100% air shutoff, engine can run ith 1% air.
