Your winch was designed to operate the No. 70 Cat scraper,cables was used for raising and lowering bowl and ejection of material. It is a no. 25 rear double drum.[both cables required to operate scraper].Whenever dozer was needed cables to scraper was disconnected,right drum was
used to operate blade,cable threaded thru sheaves.It was not designed as a logging winch.which is much heavyer with larger cable.The numbers you refer to are Cat part no's
cast into each side. Books are available on this and relating forums.
