I've seen injectors fail and intermittent compression blowback thru injector causes miss. Also fuel priming pump can suck enogh air to overwhelm constant bleed valve and cause a miss. Also the fuel pump front camshaft seal is always crap after sitting. Very possible suckin air there too. You should see that however coming out safety line, if it's not plugged with dirt. Holler if that doesn't work. (You'll have to replace FPriming Pump to see if that fixes it.)
