I have Cat D7 with a Hyster D7D winch. Is there an adjustment to lower the resistance on the winch spool mechanism so I can pull out cable by hand with the spool brake off.
I set my own chokers and don't want to have to engage the winch gear to put out 10 feet of cable, dismount, drag it out, engage the winch again, drag the line out, etc.
