Trunnion Bracket Cracking On Backside Of Bulldozer Blade
SMCS - 6060


TRACK-TYPE TRACTORS
D3C SERIES III (4KS, 4TS, 5GS, 9TS, 7XL, 6SL);
D4C SERIES III (4LS, 6BS, 8CS, 6YL, 7SL, 4LS);
D5C SERIES III (9DL, 6ZL, 5HS, 6CS, 7PS, 8ZS) TRACK-TYPE TRACTORS
Problem:
Caterpillar has received a few reports that the trunnion brackets crack or break off the back of the bulldozer blade. See the illustration for location of trunnion bracket.
