The problem is solved. Had CAT here and it cost a small fortune. They had to come twice. As the unit ages things begin to wear. The problem was the fuel solenoid. As the problem progressed the fuel solenoid fuse blew.CAT replaced it and within an hour it blew again. Then it finally blew and would continue to blow within two seconds after replacing. Hope this can help someone down the road.
