Anyone ever weld up an idler on the machine? If so, how did you do it? I was told I need to remove the wheel and use a wire welder to fix it and then have it turned down. One side of the center rib is worn about 3/8". Someone mentioned I could weld vertical weld lines spaced out around the wheel to get by with.
Any suggestions?
