Seems the heads of the outer bolts that hold the main frame to the roller frame pop off. Looks like one could weld a nut on whats left and apply alot of heat. Any thoughts from the I've been there dept...What grade are these bolts..Wounder if a military grade stainless would work better. Guess if the guards were taken off and the crap cleaned out..the bolts wouldn't rust and pop off
