Cam, I hate doushe bag punks! Just off the top of my head I know on the injector side there is a brass piece with a small hole pressed in the pipe. I just can't remember if there is one on the pump side. If not I don't see anything wrong with flaring it back out. Just make absolutly sure there is NO trash left in the line. The returns I guess you could leave off, but why when diesel is $3 a gallon. If you need the lines I believe I still have a set of the injector lines and returns.
