The pony motor starts, the oil pressure comes up, then the fuel pressure comes up and starts bouncing between the yellow and the green on the gauge and when I through the start lever I get one puff of black smoke and thats it. My uncle says he thinks there is a govener stuck on the main motor? any ideas?
