I don't know exactly what a 3T is, but on my D8800, D7 size power plant, with dry clutch, On one of the three engagement fingers there is a through bolt. Loosen and twist all the fingers to the right to tighten, if I'm not mistaken. The inside of the collar is threaded to allow you to adjust just by spinning. Its invisible but quite effective. Start by moving(hopefully its not stuck) a quarter turn and check the feel at the lever. Get it just the way you like it and tighten the nut. As always make certain the engine cannot start by engaging the decompresser or by some other positive means. You certainly would not want that monster to fire with your hands involved.
