Have you serviced the fuel system, the fuel filters may be plugged restricting fuel flow, start by getting two new filters, take off the glass bowl on the feed pump and remove the filter gauze from the pump body, clean the guaze and the pump,if you got a high mounted tank there should be a good flow of fuel at that point,if you got low mounted tanks check the line coming up to the feed pump for tightness or damage as the pipe must not be drawing air,put the gauze and glass bowl back, fit the two new filters,on top of each filter is a bleed screw, loosen them, there are two more bleed screws on the pump, open them as well, operate the feed pump lever till clear fuel comes from the back filter and tighten the bleed screw,do the same with the front, pump on till clear fuel comes from the bottom bleeder on the pump and close it and finish with the top one, keep pumping till the lever goes limp, loosen each injector pipe going into the side of the injector(not the top)a couple of turns,on full throttle spin the engine over on the starter till fuel spurts from each pipe union, tighten them all up and start the engine,if you tractor has an electric stop i.e it stops when you turn the key off check that the wire going on to the injector pump is good.
Good luck
