In case anyone is following this mandate by California CARB, the plan for this machine is to replace the existing tier 0 3.9 liter 69 hp with a tier 2 4.5 liter 80 hp (both engines non turbo and mechanical fuel injection). The radiator has been removed and hauled to the rad. shop with the spec sheet and the core can be replaced and increased for around $700. The air filter size most likely will be increased as well. With the addtl torque we are tempted to increase the hydraulic pump flow for faster cycle time during mass excavation antics.
