That's bad luck after the trouble you have gone to,I take it your's is a series 1 K with the Borg Warner shuttle,(the series 2 has Carraro)there is so little that can be done with the shuttle in the machine, there is a valve in the piece of hexagon bar on the plumping that goes from the charge pump to the control valve, take the hexagon piece off and have a look at the ball and spring inside, that valve sticking is usually the cause of the oil been spewed out,I usually take off the clutch solenoid when doing any checks as with the wires going to the switches through the levers leave a lot to be desired, with it having reverse and if its got normal power that says the torque, charge pump and reverse clutch is ok,with a new clutch pack in forward that is out of the equation, you are left with either not enough pressure to squeeze the f/clutch pack tight enough to drive the machine due to a leak or there is a mechanical reason, the F/clutch has a diaphragm spring, that spring must be faced the right direction, the dished side towards the discs, the steel sealing rings on the shaft and the seals on the tube that fits in the centre of the shaft or the o'rings on the piston, any of them leaking will cause the clutch to stay disengaged, the tube that goes through the shaft has a plug in the end that faces out if that was missing no pressure, put the clock on the top test port and see what reading you get just in case there is enough for reverse which is a larger clutch and not enough for forward, you should have a mimium of 130psi in neutral and 125 in F or R at full throttle or as near as.
Good luck
AJ
