case 2090 powershift and hydualic fault please help

case 2090 transmission struggles to set off in 3rd and 4th range some times nothing until lots of rev's on then shudders and sets off especially worse when warm 1st and 2nd range seem ok. also steering seems to loose power and becomes heavey intermitently mainly when manovering and brake being applied . hydraulics are also noisey and judder any help were to start greatly appreciated
