My Case 400 Series carburetor is flooding. It starts and runs fine for about one minute and then floods, about a dozen or two drips of gas out the air intake. I took it apart and made a new main gasket for it but it still floods. Does not run gas throo it when its sitting so the needle and seat are OK. The float is OK. I've tried adjusting the two jets but don't know if I'm doing that right, have tried every position on them, from quarter to 3 turns open. Any suggestions would be very greatly appreciated.
