As far sa I remember there were two seals on the pump drive shaft that fitted back to back,I can't remember what I used to use since its a while any Case machine used its own engine,there are standard seal fitting sleeves that I have an assortment of and I probably used one of them,you put the first seal in with the lip facing in and you will need to be careful so lip does not turn back as you put it over the sholder of the shaft,the outer one slips in easy as the lip is facing out,any pumps I took off I can't remember taking off the manifold,the injector pipes come off on their own,just remove the clamps that tie them together.
