Had a look at the online parts drawing and your tractor has a mechanical clutch linkage,the first rod going from the pedal to a small bellcrank is a fixed length,the second rod has one adjustable end,ie slacken the locknut behind the yoke,remove the clevis pin and screw the yoke to set the adjustment.
