Looking up both the 990 and the C80 wheels on the Case IH parts online site they have different part numbers and do not look like they would fit each other,all the DBs listed have two part wheels,rim and centre,the C80 has both a one piece wheel,a two piece and an adjustable type,have a look yourself,put in the w's caseih.com/parts/parts.aspx?navid=123&RL=ENNA
