Case 580D leaking fuel pump at throttle shaft

My Case 580 Super Backhoe runs great except for a few fuel leaks. Main leak is around the throttle shaft where it enters the side of the fuel pump. Can this seal be replaced from the outside without disassembling the fuel pump ?

I also have leaks at several of the fuel line fittings and the bleed lines from the injectors. The rubber seals inside the fittings have deteriorated - they look like a short piece of rubber tubing - are these only available from the dealer.

Appreciate any info, expecially on the throttle seal replacement
