We are a county highway department and I'm the engineer. I was told for a long time the operator was imagining the problem with the bucket. For a long time it would never do it when someone was there to see it and after four years it has never done it when someone from Case was there. Case replaced one of the swing rams and we paid for the other. We have been considering giving up and trading this backhoe for a new one. I'll have our mechanics follow up on your thouhgts next week. Thanks for the help.
