Tractor now running after years of sitting. Checked lubricant in engine and Diff. Appears the same reservoir serves both rear end and trans. Correct?
140weight lube?
What are the fine-threaded, 1" (or so) caps used for at each side of the rear axle? There is a dry, gear-clunking sound in the rear axle. How is that lubricated other than the plug on rear of 3rd member?
Is there any relatively easy inspection of the final drive? Chain I think.
