your 1994 case 1840 should have 2 fuses and one relay. the relay and one fuse are inside the instument panel.the other fuse is in the wireing harness under the back side of the seat and down in the area of the dipstick tube and it controls the start and run circuits.if some one was having trouble blowing fuses and could`nt find the problem they may have put the style of circuit breaker that fits right in the fuse holder.one bad spot to check is the wireing harness that is tight to the sharp edge of the pump mounting plate and bellhousing.it has a harness cover over the wires that wears through agianst the sharp edge on the plate.good luck and would like to know when you find the problem.
