Had a look at the Case IH parts on line and that engine appears to be David Brown,ie it has a Simms MiniMec injector pump,the oil pump and all the other bits appear to be still available,the part number for the pump assembly is K207464 you may get some more help over at the David Brown tractor club,I cannot put the links here as the post will be deleated but I will try to email the links to you.
