That sounds like you have a pressure leak in the forward clutch circuit that gets worse as the oil heats up,first check the oil cooler in front of the rad and the rad as well, both need to be clean, then check the control linlage is moving the direction valve on the side of the shuttle, while down there disconnect the clutch cut out pig tail from the harness, the next thing is with the oil hot is connect a pressure gauge 0-300 psi range to port No1 on top of the shuttle,Start the engine,in neuteral on low idle you should have more than 65psi,on full throttle you should have more than 130psi,go to low idle and put it in forward, you should have over 60psi and on full throttle over 125psi,then check reverse the same way,if the reading for forward is lower it would indicate a internal leak,ie the seal on the piston or the sealing rings on the shaft could be leaking,if the readings are the same and above spec it would indicate a problem with the forward clutch pack, very little can be done with the shuttle in situ,I have a drawing of the shuttle posted at a host site but since this forum changed I cannot post all the link so you will have to put in the acronym for world wide web dot yourself.
