Hard to know what you mean,is it pushing oil out at the top of the dipstick tube or is it leaking at the fitting at the bottom that connects the tube to the transmission,if it its at the bottom the fitting or the tube might be cracked,you will have to take the tube and fitting off to test it,put it in water with your finger over the fitting and charge it with air to see if there any bubbles,if it pushing oil out the top check to see the breather on the top of the transmission is not blocked.
