I do not have a wiring diagram but if its just the ignition to be wired it very simple, the wire that goes from the on/off switch should go to the + side of the 12V coil or the terminal marked SW,the wire going to the distributor goes from the coil - side or the terminal marked CB,the HT lead from the centre to the centre of the distributor cab,to test the coil remove the light wire going to the distributor, connect a jump wire to the terminal on the coil, remove the HT lead from the centre of the cap, switch on the ignition, hold the HT lead with an insulated pliers close to a good ground, momentarily tip the jump wire rapidly from the coil to a good clean ground,(do not hold it on)a spark should jump from the HT lead to ground,if not there is bad ground where the coil is mounted or the coil is faulty,if you have a spark put the HT lead back in the cap, mark the distributor body in line with where one of the plug leads goes on the cap, take off the cap and turn the engine till the rotor is pointing at the mark, put the cap back, take off that lead from the plug and hold it close to ground and momentarily tip the jump lead from the coil rapidly, there should be a spark,if so the coil, rotor and cap are ok,cap off again and turn the engine till the points are open,if you have a simple test lamp put power to one side of it and put the wire going into the distributor to the other side,if the lamp lights there is a problem with the points grounding that will have to be sorted, turn the engine till the points close, and test again the lamp should now be lit,if not there is a problem with the points been dirty or the grounding of points mounting plate, are you using a 12V coil or the 6V one with a drop down resistor,it would be best to use a 12V coil and condenser,do the above checks and if no joy come back with the results.
Good luck
AJ
