I am working on a 580L that will work and shift
good for a while. After a short time, the tractor
stops and the shift will not respond. This is a
4-speed shuttle shift. Everything works good when
it is working but when it stops you can shift into
all the gears with no response. There is no response when the shift buttons are pushed. I checked voltage at the wires to the solenoids and
there is voltage to the solenoids when it quits.
Both button switches seem to be working. If you
could give me some ideas on this, I would really
appreciate it.
