Check the fuses first, the clutch disconnect is operated by a solenoid, when the button is pressed on the lever power is sent to the solenoid,it pushed a valve open that lets the fluid escape that is holding the clutch engaged,if you were to go under the machine in front of the left back wheel and look up you will see the solenoid, its a bit smaller than a coke can,its got a pigtail lead, unplug it,get a second person to hold the button on the lever down with the key on,you should have power in one of the wires,if not could be a fuse or a faulty switch or,if you have power in one wire the other must have ground as the solenoid needs a ground supply too, give it a check out and see what you got.
