Jeff: Main relief pressure at 2250 has nothing to do with holding loads on either front loader stabilizers or backhoe. On each of these circuits there is a port relief (safety relief valve) It's possible that the o rings or settings on these valves needs repairs. Stabilizer valve on 580B is separate valve with o-rings internally that can leak. Case dealerships have a tool for checking port reliefs off the machine.
