If all the functions have slowed up take out the main regulator valve from the front loader control, check the o'rings on the inner end of the valve assembly, its got an o'ring and a backing ring,if the o'ring has failed it would cause all the hydraulics go limp and slow, respect the law of gravity when working on hydraulics, put all the equipment on the ground and wobble the levers to relieve an pressure, take the reservoir cap off to let the air out, have some clean cloth to stuff in where the regulator was to stop fluid loss.
