There were two configurations of the levers on the 580K,in all EEC countries the regulations are sitting in the seat,Boom and Bucket right lever,Dipper and Swing left lever, the other setup was Bucket and Dipper right lever, Boom and Swing left lever,to change from one to the other the control rods from the lever to the valve chest were switched,I cannot remember exactly what I used do but I seem to think I just heated up the rods and bent them to suit, take the housing off from around the lever tower and you will see what lever moves which valve,do not play with the levers from outside the machine with the engine running as a small slip can result in a big accident.
