I'm not into ag tractors but have come across the problem you have with some loading shovels,I believe your tractor's steering shares the hydraulic pressure through a priority valve,if you still have steering put it on full lock one way and hold it there and see if the hydraulics work,if they do there is an issue in the priority valve,probably only a blown o'ring,if the hydraulics are completely dead,check the pump coupling,pump? could be anything.
