I can't keep tire chains on rear tires from wandering off tire and/or rubbing against fender on inside of tire. the chains don't wrap over tire very far but if they did they would probably rub on fender strut. Turning rims inside out won't give me any more clearance. Can I make chain tensioners out of chain and turn buckles so they don't stretch? I think the tire chains may stay put then.
