Ok...Looked all over the repair manual and can't find where #1 cylinder is on a 1968 580CK G159

I know how to find TDC and found the timing marks on the flywheel.

Is it the front of the tractor or rear?
I'm thinking it is the front (radiator)
I am putting in pointless ignition (pertronix) hoping it will run a little better.
