To check if the alternator is charging and what you trouble may be you will need a couple of simple testing tools,a volt meter and a test lamp,connect the volt meter to the two main battery cables and note the reading,should be 12v plus,start the engine and go to 1500rpm and check the reading again,if the alternator is charging it will be 14v plus,if its 14 or more the alternator is ok,you need to check if there is something draining the battery,stop the engine,make sure everything is switched off,disconnect the ground cable from the battery,connect the test lamp between the cable and the battery terminal,the test lamp should not light if it does there is a power drain somewhere and you will have to find it,you could try leaving the cable off while the tractor is parked,you are sure that the batteries are ok,the parts list shows two 6v's,if there is one weak cell in either battery it could cause the none starting.
