Went and looked at backhoe today.No smoke, trans and hyd. good. All pins and bushings looked new, no play at all, all greasable pins.There were no brakes at all,$300.00 a side to fix.All hoses looked new with lines plumed for a hammer or compactor. Hoe was in transport position, unlocked and was not able to get it to lock back in transport position.It would not come back far enough to lock. What would cause this.Mark
