What machine have you got,series 1,2 or 3,the normal setup for a manual throttle is the cable pulls the throttle lever on the pump against an adjustable stop that is usually set and sealed when the pump on the test bench,determine that the cable is pulling the arm,the other things that could be slowing the engine is faulty on/off solenoid,dirty filters,system drawing air,feed pump weak,800hrs is less than 6 months work done.
