580m turbo under 800 hours on machine. idles at about 1400 rpm when I floor the pedal or the lever in the back I only get about 1800 rpm. I disconnected the cable from the pump/carb and tried to eliminate the cable but it's some kind of governor that pushes back. I soaked the cable with WD from all ends the cable doesn’t have a lot of throw. I don't know if that’s normal. Could anyone help in the process of elimination here? Replacing the cable looks like no fun. Thank you.
