What has your Case got,there is a mechanical shuttle and a power shuttle,if its mechanical check the oil level and that it is adjusted correctly,if its a power shuttle check the oil level too and the control linkage,you should have a gauge on the dash saying torque converter oil pressure if its a power shuttle,see what it reads,there is a suction strainer on the oil pick up pipe,if thats clogged it can slow up the oil flow,there is also an external filter in a canister on one of the lines going to the cooler that should be serviced when the engine is serviced but it is often overlooked.
