The first thing you need is a manual,they are listed on this site,tractor data says your tractor has a four forwards one reverse transmission with high and low range,I'd guess that the four forwards use the conventional H shift pattern with reverse to one side or the other,the hydraulic and transmission oil on tractors of that era were usually 80/90 gear oil.
