Hello,I have a customer with a case IH 895 L cab, the steering has always been heavier than all others i come across , but since resealing of danfoss orbitol unit by local case dealer it has been too heavy to use tractor.
I have checked priority flow divider, it is free in its bore and its hole is clear, i have tested pressure at steering ram hose, good pressure, i have also checked for leakage across ram seals, all ok, 4wd axle is not seized in any way, rather the opposite !! output flow from mcv to steering is in spec, the engine sounds like it is trying to steer the axle, (it can be heard to work hard when turning wheel ) im going quietly mad, any ideas why it dosnt work ?
