The steering wheel goes very heavy when the pump stops working, take off the reservoir canister, inside is the filter and the pump, remove the relief valve and check the o'ring on the body, check to see the valve is not stuck open or the spring broke, usually its the o'ring that blows, the filter should be changed when the engine oil is changed but often gets overlooked, the Case # for the filter is A42242 which crosses over to NAPA FIL1653
