You could have had power steering as an option when new so a salvage yard for an old tractor for original parts,you could cobble up p/s by fitting an old type cylinder that had the valve in one end,you would need a pump with reservoir and two lines to the cylinder,there were lots of aftermarket universal kits for all makes of tractors,look through this site.
