Explain more,is the steering wheel just spinning around and doing nothing or is it gone heavy and hard to turn,what do you mean by the lever is not working,do you mean the bucket won't move tip or tilt or do you mean it won't lock in and out when you put it in return to dig position,is the rest of the hydraulics working normal,the relief valve for the ateering is in the loader valve,if you don't have a manual you can look it up at the online parts site,Google "casece online parts" and find the parts section,links not allowed here.
