ok pulled the bottom secondary reliefs and no orings on the load check plugs either, now i have replaced all 10 load check plug orings in the hoe valve bank and seems to have very good power the wierd thing is i have no idea where they went since they were all missing, i have not tried to dig with it yet buy with my dipper sticking strait out the boom had the pressure to come up and lock into place.
