Case 430 gas tractor, model 441, triple range transmission, has a hand clutch that gives you live PTO use, very convenient. The hand clutch has suddenly failed, lever seems unattached and will easily pull out, because the foot clutch won't work without the hand clutch being engaged, the tractor is not usable, any advice on this and what is involved would be greatly appreciated. thanks, Mark Mason, Sullivan, Mo.
