The most likely place hydraulic fluid leaks down on to the centre of the axle is from the input shaft of the hydraulic pump,the pump has to be removed to replace the seal,its an ordainry lip seal that you should be able to get from any bearing shop or the like,but look at all the hoses and steel tubes just in case one is leaking.
