Look at your manual and find out where the main regulator for the hydraulics is,remove and examine the valve,if the valve is not seating properly or an o'ring has blown on the body it would allow the oil to bypass all the time and that can cause loss of power and heating,the hyd oil cooler needs to be clean so the air moves through it,the fan needs all its blades and the belt good,I don't think that the gas would have diluted the oil so thin that it would cause the pump to fail,that hissing noise is probably a valve that is stuck open and the cause of the trouble.
