That is a Case David Brown, the hydraulic is leaking into the engine from the steering pump input shaft oil seal, you will have to remove the pump assembly to replace the seal, the pump and reservoir is all the one, take off the pipes attached to the pump taking care to hold the nipple on the back of the reservoir so it will not turn as you loosen the pipe,do the same when tightening it cos if it turns it will break away from the canister as its only tin, some people take the fuel feed pump out of the way to have more room, there are two bolts holding the pump to the engine, undo them and the pump will lift off, take the drive gear off, remove the snap ring that holds in the seal, poke out the old seal, tap in the new one,put in the snap ring, put the gear back in place, the filter for the P/S is in the reservoir and as you have it off its a good idea to change it.
Good luck
